Position: Sourcing Intern Primary Responsibilities: - Daily assistant jobs, including assisting in tracking the completion of the signing of the contract, creating, updating vendor information, document tracking and sorting, etc. - Communicate with other departments and external suppliers. - After familiar with the job, Intern could handle some cases independently and has access the entire process. Qualifications Required: - Outgoing, easy to communicate with others; - Be patient with work; - Fluent written English, skilled in using MS Office software mainly Excel and Word; - Can work three days a week, i.e. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; - Working 3 consecutive days in a week for at least 6 months Location: 外高桥保税区 If u are interested in the position, pls send ur resume to recruiter.intern@sabic-ip.com |
