Leblond 等人把脂质核酸硫脲的复合物作为脂质非病毒载体，该载体利用硫脲酯和一个包含RGD肽的脂类，和DNA形成稳定的复合物， 后面的不大通顺啊，楼主是不是少了些字？ |

Leblond 等人把脂质核酸硫脲的复合物作为脂质非病毒载体，该载体利用硫脲酯和一个包含RGD肽的脂类，和DNA形成稳定的复合物，并很好的融进表达整合素αβ的细胞里。 |
