最近写了一篇review,向ACS索要一篇AC上某个图的版权，文章首页说“Not subject to U.S. Copyright”，
ACS讲然后回复讲 Requesters who want to use material that appeared in articles that are in the Public Domain (all of the authors on the paper worked for the U.S. Government when the paper was written) do not need our permission if the notice on the article states: “Not subject to U.S. Copyright”. ，请问这个情况下，是否可以直接引用该图？
