I agree with the content in step 7 , in most of time , you are living for your life , because you  are living , life is for nothing sometimes ,and for everything sometimes. what we should do is try our best to be a good person , not for someone else , just for ourselves. if we can be a valuable person for ourselves , we can be valuable for the societ.

sometimes people find problem to trouble themselves , there may be a lot of things just exist  for no reason .  Maybe they exist only for their existing.
