面对洪水地震等自然灾害的时候，我们无能为力。但值得庆幸的是我们还活着。we are incapable of action in face of natural disaster such as floods and earthquake.
我们经历母亲十月怀胎，来到这个世界是多么不容易。父母把我们辛苦养大，我们应该好好善待他们当他们老的时候 our mother had experienced a pregnancy in October,how tough they brought us to this world !our parents brought us so toilsomely,we ought to treat them well once they are aged.

人生是一个过程。人的一生是不可能一帆风顺的。可能要经过这样那样的困难，成功失败，笑声泪水等等。总而言之，人生是酸甜苦辣。。（图片）life is a procedure ,it can not be plain sailing, which may contain difficulties,sucess,failure ,laughter, tears and so on in so many ways, in a word ,there is  sweets and bitters in life.

人的生命只有一次，一旦失去就不会再有了。。（图片）we only live once ,we won't have it again once losing it .
无论发生什么，我们都要坚强地活着，我们活着不仅仅是为自己也是为了我们的父母家人whatever happens,we ought to live firmly ,not only for ourselves ,but our family.
生活是美好的，我们应该珍惜生活，抽空是欣赏大自然，去感受大自然的美
as life is beautiful, we should cherish it ,and spare time to enjoy the natue ,feel her beauty.

虽然我们不能控制机会，但我们可以控制自己；我们不能预测未来，但我们能抓住现在；我们不知道我们的生命多长，但我们能过好眼前的生活；我们不能改变天气，但我们能调整情绪。although we can't manage chance ,we can control ourselves ,we can't predict the future events but we can live in the Present.we don't know how long our life is.but we can enjoy present life ;we can't change the weather bue we can shift moods .

当我们在困难中不要忘记微笑，we should not forget to smile when in difficlutes
当我们有压力时，不要发脾气，we should not lose our temp when under pressure
当我们遭遇困难时不要轻易放弃。 we should not give up readily when meeting with difficulties
珍惜生活，好好享受生活。treasure you life and enjoy it
