We always complain about people’s coldness, but we are cold sometimes. Fact 1: On the coach from Jinan to Heze, 15 minutes before it started, two men got up without tickets, and then they rudely rummaged up and down from passangers’ baggage. Fact 2: afterword a journalist asked the people on the coach “would you give hands to stop the robbers when they do the crime ?” The passangers fell into cold silence.
