请做葡萄糖传感的人帮忙看一下Biosensors and bioelectronics的审稿意见

我做的是葡萄糖的无酶传感，要大修。 审稿人1： 1. Evidence of the electrooxidation of glucose on the structured gold electrode do not directly means that such system can be used as glucose sensor. What is the selectivity of such electrochemical systems towards other aliphatic aldehydes and other monosaccharides, like galactose and other reducing disaccharides, like maltose? Introduction can be shirked and focused on glucose analytical systems, but not on monosaccharides. 是不是要补充其它还原性糖的实验？审稿人提到的这几种糖，如半乳糖，麦芽糖都要做？看其它做无酶葡萄糖传感的也没有做啊~ >3. Concentration of ascorbic acid can be increased in the blood considerably during unpredicted and unexpected consumption of vitamin C by patient. Analytical system must be ready to such events. 这点怎么回答？ 编辑意见： Editors' report: > >An "X" has been placed before the paragraph that you need to take into consideration. > >1. Review Articles should present a thorough and comprehensive overview of the chosen subject and be extensively referenced and comprise around 8000 words.
