how to improve my listening comprehension

i think my english proficiency is not too bad but unfortunately my listening comprehension is always bad ,although i have determined to spare at least one hour to listen english programme. how to improve my listening comprehension quickly please give some advice |

1. dictation(word by word) 2. correct your pronunciation (if you can't pronounce one word correctly, probably you will not get it when others speak it out with its correct sound) 3. listen to the local people's english instead of chinese 4. and if you want to improve the listening comprehension in exams, perhaps you should pay much attention to your temporary memorizing skills for listening exams test one's listening ability as well as memorizing poficiency. what's more, hard work is definitely the most important! good luck !  |
