编辑的意见： Review Summary : Three review reports have been collected; two reviewers suggest a minor revision and the other suggest rejection. The reviewers indicated less novelty were proposed in this paper. Moreover, the reviewers also raise quite a few questions, concerning both theoretical and writing aspects of the paper. I concur with the reviewers’ comments; thus recommend rejecting this paper. Another suggestion is the authors can rewrite this paper and submit it as a new paper. |
