有效阻燃成分磷含量高

上图是阻燃MPPO释热速率曲线图,从图中可以看出,未经阻燃处理的MPPO在点燃后50~280秒内剧烈放热,而RDP2、RDP3阻燃的MPPO释热速率明显降低,这样可以避免由于剧烈放热而造成温度升高过快、火势加大。同时发现,RDP2阻燃的MPPO释热速率又低于RDP3阻燃的MPPO。 与磷酸三苯酯(TPP)相比,间苯二酚双磷酸苯基酯齐聚物(RDP)具有分子量大,热稳定性强,有效阻燃成份磷含量高等特点。 采用RDP阻燃的MPPO,除阻燃性得以保持外,综合性能得以提高,说明高分子量阻燃剂RDP与MPPO的相容性较好。 TPP缺点:分子量小,耐水能力偏低,与高聚物的相容性差,且对阻燃基材有一定的增塑作用,影响了阻燃MPPO的物理—机械性能,尤其降低了热形变温度。 RDP优点:分子量大,有效的提高了阻燃剂与MPPO树脂的相容性,增强了耐水解能力,显著的提高阻燃MPPO的综合性能。 请帮我把上面一段翻译成英文!!谢谢!! |
