[交流] 有效阻燃成分磷含量高

上图是阻燃MPPO释热速率曲线图，从图中可以看出，未经阻燃处理的MPPO在点燃后50~280秒内剧烈放热，而RDP2、RDP3阻燃的MPPO释热速率明显降低，这样可以避免由于剧烈放热而造成温度升高过快、火势加大。同时发现，RDP2阻燃的MPPO释热速率又低于RDP3阻燃的MPPO。
与磷酸三苯酯（TPP）相比，间苯二酚双磷酸苯基酯齐聚物（RDP）具有分子量大，热稳定性强，有效阻燃成份磷含量高等特点。
采用RDP阻燃的MPPO，除阻燃性得以保持外，综合性能得以提高，说明高分子量阻燃剂RDP与MPPO的相容性较好。
TPP缺点：分子量小，耐水能力偏低，与高聚物的相容性差，且对阻燃基材有一定的增塑作用，影响了阻燃MPPO的物理—机械性能，尤其降低了热形变温度。
RDP优点：分子量大，有效的提高了阻燃剂与MPPO树脂的相容性，增强了耐水解能力，显著的提高阻燃MPPO的综合性能。
