At present, the rather mostly used methods are hydrothermal and solvothermal.These two methods are quite simple and their raw materials can be easily obtained (mainly cobaltous nitrate Cobalt Sulfate Cobalt acetate Cobaltous Chloride hydrosyncronization). Besides, the addition of various surfactants makes it diverse in morphology. Solvothermal,with bi-component surfactants, dodecanethiol and PVP (Polyvinylpyrrolidone), as structure-directing agents,has been adaopted, in the mixed solvents of ethylene glycol and 1,2-diaminoethane, and we have successfully developed a six-piece micrometer Co composed of ribbon-like nanoplates, most of which overlapped to one another and linked up as a chain structure. Meanwhile, the magnetic properties of the six-piece micrometer Co have also been studied under the methodology of SQUID. |
