文章要修改，却没修改意见，咋整？ 已有13人参与

文章初投的时候to be considered for publication as a Technical Note， 现在状态是修改（Accept as Full paper with revision），却没修改意见，咋整？难道只需要改成be considered for publication as a Full paper？ Action links中只有那些常见的项：View Submission, File Inventory, Revise Submission, Decline to Revise和Send E-mail  Ms. Ref. You should resubmit the paper when you have addressed these issues.
