最近，连着从小木虫down了两封英文的模板，一封是催稿信，一封是推荐信，本来想着，这样省事，省心，还不用担心老板说英文太烂。 结果不曾想，两封信，一封被批为chinese-english，一封被批为语言不通。 好是郁闷。跟老板解释了是从网上下的模板，第一次老板还没吭声，第二次老板显然有点火了，说我相信网络也不相信自己。我辩解了一下，老板就说，我是相信网络也不相信他。:（ 可是以我的英文水平，不用模板，我跟本就不知道如何组织。  |

模板确实有问题，第一篇比较罗索。 如第一段I am writing this letter to strongly recommend student *** for the *** Course in ***. I know her because she is one of my studentes, and study in my lab. Ms. *** came to me to study appled chemistry, and mainly in the field of ***. 干吗不直接说I am writing this letter to strongly recommend my student Ms. *** for the *** Course in ***. She studies applied chemistry in my lab , and mainly in the field of ***. 另外还有拼写错误如holded------>held 这两篇模板语法错误也不少：如 I would be greatly appreciate if you could spend some of your time check the status for me.应该改为 I would be greatly appreciated if you could spend some of your time checking the status for me. 或I would be greatly appreciated if my manuscript was checked in time. 不知道楼主到底要写什么样的内容 更不知改的是否正确 呵呵 下次再见到这样的模板(有着明显的语法错误） 就别再理会它啦  |

这是第二封的内容。这封内容是将模板做了部分改动的。 Dear Selection Committee, I am writing this letter to strongly recommend student *** for the *** Course in ***. I know her because she is one of my studentes, and study in my lab. Ms. *** came to me to study appled chemistry, and mainly in the field of ***. During her time in my lab, Ms. *** demonstrated a good work ethic and interpersonal skills. I was especially taken by Ms. ***’s creative mind and independent work ethic. She continued to read the literature independently and generate interesting hypotheses. We met about every other week, and at several meetings she presented papers and information that was new to me. By the end of the summer she was introducing me to scientific papers that were directly relevant to her study that I hadn’t seen before. Ms. *** also showed remarkable problem solving ability. Overall, I would strongly recommend Ms. *** for this course holded in your university. 下面是第一封的内容，没有任何改动。被老板批为chinese english. Dear Professor ***, I'm not sure if it is the right time to contact you to inquire about the status of my submitted manuscript.
