[交流] 【Discussion】Need your help and suggestions

My English is somewhat poor, I need to take TOEIC exam on 12, Dec, the time is limited. My listening is even worse, I feel very anxious. Is there somebody here has taken the TOEIC before? Could you please give me some suggestions? Your responses will be much appreciated.
