【求助】老板让查5000铝合金中在浇铸过程中可能生成的inclusion或者是second particle

一点头绪都没有，有什么书或者关键词能搜索到相关文章能？ 除了inclusion，aluminium。 谢谢大家 |

Inclusions and second phases are totally two different things. Inclusions are mainly oxides while second phases are usually intermetallics. There are basically three groups of 5XXX alloys: Al-Mg, Al-Mg-Mn and Al-Mg-Cr. The common intermetallic phases are: (1) Al-Mg: Al3Fe, Al6Fe, AlmFe, Al8Mg5, alfa-AlFeSi and Mg2Si (2) Al-Mg-Mn: Al3(Fe,Mn), Al6(Fe,Mn), Alm(Fe,Mn), Al8Mg5, alfa-AlFeMnSi and Mg2Si (3) Al-Mg-Cr: Al3Fe, Al6Fe, AlmFe, Al8Mg5, alfa-AlFeSi, Mg2Si, Al13Si4(Fe,Cr)4 and Al7(Cr,Fe) Reference: 4.
