elsevier 一论文清样时添加作者，编辑来信要我要写明原因，咋办

接受了一篇论文，结果在proof 时，想把实验室主任的名字加上。 麻烦了! 来信要我写 添加作者的原因，还要写一封confirmation 我得找个啥理由较好呢？？ Dear Prof. XXX We have received your request to change the authorship of your accepted article. In order to implement this change and to meet both ethical and legal requirements, we will require the following information from you: • The reason the author name (XXXXX) should be added. • Written confirmation (email, fax, letter) from all authors that they agree with the addition. This also includes confirmation from the author being added. Please be aware that publication of your accepted manuscript will be suspended until we have confirmation that authorship has been agreed. I would therefore be grateful if you could provide the requested information directly to me at your earliest convenience so we can proceed with publication of your article. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Many thanks in advance for your co-operation. |
