【求助】ElectStruc_OpenDX_dist的安装

各位虫友，大家好。我正在学习Abinit,今天试着安装ElectStruc_OpenDX_dist，但始终没有成功，请大家帮帮忙帮我看看如何解决，非常感谢！我在终端的操作如下： administrator@ubuntu:~$ cd /home/administrator/文档/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules administrator@ubuntu:~/文档/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules$ csh ubuntu:~/文档/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> dx -whicharch linux ubuntu:~/文档/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> setenv DXARCH 'variable name' ubuntu:~/文档/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> make Makefile:13: /opt/dx/lib_variable: 没有那个文件或目录 Makefile:13: name/arch.mak: 没有那个文件或目录 make: *** 没有规则可以创建目标“name/arch.mak”。 停止。 ubuntu:~/文档/ElecStruc_OpenDX_dist/modules> 我对ElectStruc_OpenDX_dist目录下readme中的这段话没有理解: 2) You need to set the DXARCH environment variable. Execute the command "dx -whicharch" to see which architecture you are running. Then set the environment variable, in C shell, the command is "setenv DXARCH 'variable name'". 3) Edit the "Makefile" file and set the BASE variable to the appropriate location of the dx main directory. 可能是导致安装失败的关键。 |
