各位大侠，我今天收到了一个审稿人的建议，不知道该咋办啊，能帮忙看看吗？不知道该怎么解答啊：
Statistical analysis is needed to test whether the proportion of microsatellites that are compound microsatellites is significantly high or not. It could be that you’d get the same numbers of compound microsatellites with a randomized distribution, and if this is the case it would have to be stated that compound repeats are not of any clear evolutionary or functional significance in HIV. Since this question is absolutely central to the subject of the paper it needs to be tested by permutation and/or other robust statistical method, as I suggested earlier.

这里面提及到一个permutation统计，有人做过吗，用什么软件啊？
