【求助】ZnO中的氧扩散：Oxygen diffusion in ZnO是什么意思 已有1人参与

最近看文献，发现了有这样一段话：In the case of our device with ZnO, we attribute the fast degradation and polymer bleaching not only to the possible presence of oxygen or moisture from air, we also believe that the degradation is enhanced by the oxygen self-diffusion mechanism described for ZnO which has not been reported for other semiconductor oxides. Recent results have shown that it is as a doubly negatively ionized interstitial oxygen that diffuses through the ZnO structure。 这个现象应该是比较普遍的，可是在中文文献中根本找不到，英文文献理解不了啊！有谁知道或者有相关的中文文献，请介绍一下，多谢！ |
