【求助】乙醇溶剂中ZnO纳米粒子的制备？

各位，大家好。 这段时间看了几篇有关ZnO纳米粒子制备的论文，用的都是乙醇为溶剂，锌源是醋酸锌，然后加强碱的乙醇溶剂，报道的结果都很好，得到的都是粒径10nm左右的粒子。但是我试过后，做出来的XRD结果却表示不是ZnO,现在十分苦恼，不知道各位虫子能不能指点迷津，万分感谢！ 下面附上两篇我看的论文： （1）M.K. Patra, M. Manoth, V.K. Singh, G.
