As stated in the title, experience becomes more and more important  when we do
a job or complete a task, experience in some extent determines  whether we can success or not .

Most important is that how to obtain experience. Especially for our undergraduaters. So we should study modestly and keep optimistic. In this way we will get more and more experience and become more powerful.
