怎么向国外杂志交版面费？ 已有13人参与

中了篇文章，要版面费。他们提供了两种方式，请问哪种好一些呀？方式1是要开张支票寄过去吗？方式2必须使用信用卡吗？一般的借记卡可以吗？谢谢高手指点！！ 1.
