| These days I always want to eat some fruits, such as bananas, apples, oranges, etc. So this afternoon, after finishing to taking my class, I go to the market to buy some. When I see a fruitstand that sells apples, I can't help asking"How much is it?" "5 Yuan", a woman answers. What? I think there is something wrong with my ears. So I ask her again. But to my surprise, her answer is not different from what I had heard before. Then I know my ears work pretty well. Afterwards she tells me that the reason why its price is so high is because there is no enough apples suppliers. They have no choice but put up price of it. At that time, I become silent. |
