大概意思如下： 当样品所处的环境温度变化时, 基体与树脂具有不同CTE值大小的样品将会产生卷曲，而且不同的样品具有不同的卷曲程度，基体与树脂之间CTE值相差越大，其样品卷曲程度越大。 基体：substrate 树脂：resin CTE为热膨胀系数 [ Last edited by yongbinz on 2010-11-8 at 19:21 ] |

| As the temperature of envrionment changes, the bending of the samples occures due to the difference in CTE values of the substrate and resin, which is deppendent on the characters of the sampels. The bending extent of the samples is proportional to the difference in CTE value of two components. |
