| 聚乙二醇在药物合成上有很广泛的用途，但其端羟基的活性相对较低，直接应用受到限制，若把羟基活化为羧基则可以扩大其应用面，尤其在合成二聚物时，把疏水链换成亲水的聚乙二醇二丁二酸脂链，以增加桥链的亲水性。以聚乙二醇、丁二酸酐为反应物，吡啶为溶剂，分别合成聚乙二醇二丁二酸酯。结果显示：在反应时间充足时反应比较彻底。 |

| The polyethylene glycol(PEG) are widespreadly applied to medicine synthesis snd yet the direct use is limited due to the low end activity of hydroxyl groups. The application of PEG could be extended with the conversion of the hydroxyls to the carboxyls. Especially when used in the synthesis of dipolymers, the hydrophilic chains were replaced by hydrophobic chains for increasing hydrophilic property of the brindge chains. Poly(diethylene Glycol Succinate) was synthesied with polyethylene glycol and succinic anhydride as reactants, and pyridine as the solvent. The results showed that the with enough reaction. |

The polyethylene glycol has the very widespread use in the medicine synthesis, but its end hydroxyl's activeness is relatively low, the direct application is restricted, if activates the hydroxyl for the carboxyl group may expand its application areas. Especially in the synthesis of dipolymers,the hydrophilic chain was changed into hydrophobic chain to ehanced the hydrophilic property. With polyethylene glycol and succinic anhydride for reactants,pyridine as the solvent ,the Poly(diethylene Glycol Succinate) was synthesized respecvtively.The results showed that the reaction was completely done if the reaction time was enough.
