After acceptance Upon acceptance of your article you will receive a link to the special Author Query Application at Springer’s web page where you can sign the Copyright Transfer Statement online and indicate whether you wish to order OpenChoice, offprints, or printing of figures in color. Once the Author Query Application has been completed, your article will be processed and you will receive the proofs. Open Choice In addition to the normal publication process (whereby an article is submitted to the journal and access to that article is granted to customers who have purchased a subscription), Springer provides an alternative publishing option: Springer Open Choice. A Springer Open Choice article receives all the benefits of a regular subscription-based article, but in addition is made available publicly through Springer’s online platform SpringerLink. We regret that Springer Open Choice cannot be ordered for published articles. Springer Open Choice Copyright transfer Authors will be asked to transfer copyright of the article to the Publisher (or grant the Publisher exclusive publication and dissemination rights). This will ensure the widest possible protection and dissemination of information under copyright laws. Open Choice articles do not require transfer of copyright as the copyright remains with the author. In opting for open access, they agree to the Springer Open Choice Licence.  |

Open Choice 解释了啥叫openchoice 在正常出版过程之外（投稿于期刊的文章被允许顾客购买或捐赠），Springer会提供一个额外的出版选择：Springer Open Choice. 接收以后 你的文章接收后，讲收到一个链接地址，在线填写版权转移声明，指定你希望的出版方式，如openchoice，选刊或彩色打印，填完后，你的文章讲进入下一阶段，你将收到这些证明。 open choice 除正常出版程序外，srpinger提供另一种可选出版选项即openchoice，openchoice的好处和一般基于订阅的文章一样，但同时通过springer的在线平台出版。openchoice不能订购已出版的文章。 版权转移 作者会被询问转移文章的版权给出版商（或给予出版商唯一的出版权和传播权），这将最大限度保证信息在版权法下出版和传播。openchoice不需要提供版权转移，因为版权保留给作者，选择开放式进入，就已经同意springer的openchoice许可。 |
