Watching television is not a good use of time.

I've watched a lot of TV programs ever since when I was a small child.And I was very fond of soap plays . However,I've comprehensively realized now that watching tv is not a good use of time, although sometimes just  for relax. I regard there is always plenty of approaches for relax,especially some that can do good to us,like playing sports、drawing pictures 、wandering around and so forth .While wacthing tv may do harm to my eyes, particularly for a long time span.And also we usually could gain nothing useful from it.

What's your opinion?

I love drawing, but it was almost 3 years since last time i drawed.
"i have no time to draw picture" is my excuse

It seems that surf the Internet day and night also not right.

do some reading is a good way
