In view of your manuscript's present form, I must decline the manuscript for publication in the Journal of Polymer Science Part A: Polymer Chemistry. The manuscript has been preliminarily reviewed by 3 members of the Editorial Review Board and they have found that the impact of the work and its interest to the general polymer chemistry community is not great enough to warrant publication. They also commented that the characterization of the materials prepared in this study could be improved. Realizing that the above decision is a disappointment to you, I would suggest to submit your contribution to our sister journal Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics .The content of your present manuscript seems to be suitable to be considered for publication in MCP.
