This conference is sponsored by IEEE Eng. in Medicine and Biology Society (EMBS), Wuhan University, Fuzhou University and Overseas Chinese Scholar Environment Protection Association. All papers accepted will be included in IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and ISTP.
