【求助】difference between silicon wafer and glass wafer

| What's the difference between the surface of silicon wafer and glass wafer? Originally, I thought they were the same, but when I spin cast some block polymer onto it, I got completely different morphology, so I'm wondering if there's some difference in their surface chemistry. I'll be grateful if someone can explain it. Thanks very much! |
