大家讨论下哈!目前投入工业生产的硅太阳电池的阴极是怎么制作的?难道是真空蒸镀吗?许多国家都在进行有关聚合物薄膜电池的工业化,它们也在刻意避开真空蒸镀这个步骤,而是采用诸如丝网印刷、喷墨等的卷对卷工艺,有兴趣的话可以到google搜索一下Frederik C. Krebs的文章,在2009-2010年他发表了大量基于卷对卷工艺制作的聚合物太阳电池的工业设计。另外我国一位叫曹镛的院士,他也发表了几篇利用导电聚合物和银浆复合代替真空蒸镀制作有机LED的文章,虽然不是有机光伏器件,但我觉得尽量避开真空蒸镀应该是一个趋势吧!

我感觉很无语。。。没想到大名鼎鼎的小木虫,就是这些素质个人?
首先,学问无绝对的对错,这本身就是一个讨论的过程。既然是讨论,就要旗帜鲜明的表达出自己的观点,而不是一些似是而非、阴阳怪气的言谈-----是对,还是错?是错,错在了什么地方,而不是说什么‘100亿美元’、‘孩子’这些明显带有轻微侮辱意味的词句。
其次,具体到这个问题,我还是认为,要想实现工业化,金属阴极的真空蒸镀还是必须找到替代办法的。不谈蒸镀对活性材料的影响,我在企业工作过几年,尽管不是太阳电池行业,但也知道真空特别是高真空在实际生产是很难实现的;即使实现了也只能间歇式的生产,而不能像丝网印刷或者喷墨技术这样低成本、连续式的生产。
至于说文献问题,我在上面的帖子里已经提到了两个人的文献,另外还有一个人的文献,有空可以看一下:YinHua Zhou。我还没有仔细找,仅找到了两篇文献,都是讨论替代ITO和蒸镀金属阴极的文章,
