【求助】J1专业敏感被拒签

6月30号签，22号接到沈阳领事馆寄过来的信件。没想到等了三个半月居然等来被拒签的结果，让人不可思议。给出的原因也非常让人纳闷，美国移民法212(A)(3)A1条款，居然觉得我是间谍，太搞笑了。这种情况下能不能再次申请签证？各位有没有很好的建议？ 谢谢！ 附：移民法对212(a)(3)a1的解释： (3) Security and related grounds.- (A) In general.-Any alien who a consular officer or the Attorney General knows, or has reasonable ground to believe, seeks to enter the United States to engage solely, principally, or incidentally in (i) any activity (I) to violate any law of the United States relating to espionage or sabotage or (II) to violate or evade any law prohibiting the export from the United States of goods, technology, or sensitive information, (ii) any other unlawful activity, (iii) any activity a purpose of which is the opposition to, or the control or overthrow of, the Government of the United States by force, violence, or other unlawful means, is inadmissible. |

材料，敏感专业。 他们不了解你的专业，不愿给签证，就给了一个他们自己也不能信服的理由。 建议异地2000，我在成都遇到好几个沈阳杯具的人，包括CSC资助的。 在材料准备上，更细一些。research plan淡化敏感的词汇，让你美方资助者写一封信，介绍你参加的项目不会对美国安全造成威胁。VO问起你被据的原因时，把这封信呈上。态度不卑不亢。 good luck to you。 |
