采用物理化学吸附仪Auto Sorb-I-C测定样品的酸性。称取0.2 g样品装入石英管内,将样品在620K、He(40ml/min)气流气氛下活化处理2h,以除去样品内部结晶水,然后降至室温吸附氨30min,待吸附饱和后,用He载气吹扫样品0.5h, 保持基线平稳,最后以10K/min的速率程序升温至873K,TCD检测脱附的NH3。
NH3-TPD was performed on Auto Sorb-I-C physical chemistry adsorption instrument, 0.2 g sample was in a quartz tube under 620K, He flow(40ml/min) system for 2h to remove the crystal water , then cooled to room temperature , and saturated with NH3 until equilibrium was reached,followed helium purged the sample for 0.5h, to maintain the stable baseline stable, then sample was heated in a linear rate 10 K/ min to 873K, and the desorbed ammonia was tested by TCD.

Acidity results were tested by Auto Sorb-I-C physical chemistry adsorption instrument. 0.2 g sample was load in a quartz tube and activated under He flow of 40ml/min system for 2h at 620K to remove the crystal water. Then the sample was cooled to room temperature, absorbed with NH3 for 30min to reach the saturation adsorption quantity, and followed by helium for 0.5h to purge the sample and maintain the baseline stable. Finally, the sample was heated to 873K in rate 10 K/ min, and the desorbed ammonia was tested by TCD.

NH3-TPD 也是一种酸性测定方法吧?还是也能表示样品酸度?
