| 方法:抽选我科实习护生360名,分别采用情景教学(180名)和传统教学模式(180名)。传统教学以讲授为主,不予术前模拟练习。结果:包括无菌操作、动手、手术配合、紧急处理、沟通交流、理论考核和综合考核等方面比较,两组有明显的统计差异(P<0.05),情景教学法优于传统教学法。满意度调查和教师测评也认为情景教学法更优。结论:情景模拟教学使护生在演练中获得理论知识和实践体验,优于传统的教学方法。 |

| Methods: The subjects I selected 360 nursing students, teaching scenarios were used (180) and the traditional teaching model (180). Traditional teaching to lecture-based, non-simulation exercises before surgery. Results: including aseptic operation, hands-on, with surgery, emergency handling, communication, theory and other aspects of assessment and comprehensive assessment comparing the two groups are statistically significant differences (P <0.05), situational approach is superior to traditional teaching method. Satisfaction surveys and evaluation of teachers think that teaching better scenario. Conclusion: The scenario simulated teaching to nursing students in the exercise of theoretical knowledge and practical experience obtained, better than traditional teaching methods. |
