各位大侠大牛们：

小弟想问一下洪堡奖学金推荐信的几个问题

第一个问题是推荐信的格式，
我看了一下guideline
里面有一个expert reviewer的需要涉及的内容，具体如下：

List of questions
for expert reviewers
for applications for research fellowships
Please state your full name, title and position and the name of your institution (including location and country) as well as the name of the applicant for whom you are submitting the statement.
Please sign and date your statement. It will be forwarded to independent peer reviewers and the relevant selection committee and, as such, will directly influence the assessment and outcome of the application. We shall thus be very grateful if you write your statement either in German or English. We greatly appreciate your cooperation.
Questions you should address in your statement:1. How long have you known the applicant, in which capacity is she/he known to you, and how intensively have you worked together?
2. How do you rate the applicant’s academic potential? How do you rate her/his career prospects?
3. Have you and the applicant co-authored publications?
• If so, how large was the applicant’s contribution to these publications?
• If not, how do you rate the quality of the applicant’s publications?
4. Are there any other aspects you consider to be of relevance to the decision as to whether the applicant should be granted sponsorship?
Only required for applications submitted by experienced researchers:
5. Does the applicant already have a research profile of his/her own?

请问各位大侠和大牛，是不是一定推荐信一定要包含这些内容？有没有什么格式要求，比如开头啊，称呼啊之类的

第二个问题就是，这三份推荐信是推荐人单独寄过去呢，还是和自己的其他材料放一起寄过去？如果单独寄过去，有没有要注意的地方？我看guideline里面说最好是单独分开寄过去啊～
