拒稿后能否再投

这是我投EA时编辑拒稿时他回复我的：The paper you submitted to Electrochimica Acta was sent out to referees for review. I regret to have to tell you that the outcome has not been favorable. As you can see from the appended reports, the reviewers are definitively critical of the content of the paper. In this context, your manuscript cannot be further considered for publication in this Journal. 其中有个审稿人提了几个问题把我拒了，另外一个审稿人给我提了八个意见后可以让我发表，请问这种情况我能否再投啊？ |

重投或改投要看情况，不能一概而论。
