三乙醇胺水溶液浓度对HNBR胶液中铑催化剂脱除的影响
(RhCl(PPh3)3中的铑为三配位、一价,外层16个电子,得2个电子达到18电子的稳定结构,HNBR分子结构中含丙烯腈,由于—CN上的N原子可提供孤对电子正好与铑催化剂形成配位化合物,(RhCl(PPh3)3中的铑与HNBR分子链上的—CN有一定的配位作用而不易被脱除。三乙醇胺中的N在氧气的作用下与铑空轨道的配位能力强于HNBR中的—CN,可以将铑从HNBR夺取过来,三乙醇胺与铑配位形成的络合物具有极性,极性决定了这种络合物在水中要比在二甲苯中有更好的溶解性,因此极易溶于水,从而可以将(RhCl(PPh3)3从HNBR胶液中脱除到水相。脱除作用化学反应式:

三乙醇胺同时作为络合剂、萃取剂,其浓度对铑催化剂的脱除意义重大。
