具体情况如下：
曹春阳，男，1970年8月出生。中国科学院上海有机化学研究所“百人计划”研究员，课题组负责人。

　1998年8月－2001年7月：中国科学院上海有机化学研究所有机化学博士。　2001年8月－2004年1月：美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院药理系博士后。　　2004年2月－2005年11月：美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院药理系研究助理，核磁共振瓦里安谱仪500M与600M （配有低温探头）技术管理员。　　
  2005年12月－2006年8月：美国加州膜蛋白结构研究中心Salk生物学研究所结构生物学实验室研究助理。　　
  2006年9月－现在：中科院上海有机化学研究所“百人计划”研究员，课题组负责人。

主要研究方向与研究方法
　　1）利用核磁共振（NMR）技术研究若干生物大分子溶液三维结构、动力学与功能关系。　　
2）利用NMR研究许多重要酶在核酸复制过程中识别、剪切与修复核酸损伤位点的机制，以及相关蛋白与核酸相互作用机制。　　
3）利用化学结构修饰（有机合成）与酶学方法研究与疾病相关的酶与底物相互作用机制。　　
4）利用定点突变技术研究重要氨基酸及有关氨基酸侧链在酶生物催化过程中的作用。　　
5）基于生物大分子溶液三维结构及相关酶生物催化机制, 利用有机合成方法进行抗肿瘤药物分子、其它药物分子合理化设计。
