论文修改问题求助，请高手帮帮忙看怎么回答？

我的论文原文一节“Methods： Picked after a rigorous selection, the data were transformed into an Excel-format database. Adopting comparative analysis as the key method, we have used statistical figures to show the features of dangerous chemical accident-related data as time passed by or as result of regional differences or enterprise scale, or environment pollution accidents resulted from hazardous chemical and discussed the causes of these characteristics.” 审稿人的问题“Description of statistical analysis used is not clear. Which kind of rigorous selection of data was done? Which method was used for comparative analysis? The results only show summary data.” 第一个问题，审稿人是问我是怎么样去精选数据的（Which kind of rigorous selection of data was done）？论文的数据来源在前一节“ Data sources”中已经写了，其实这里我只是附带说一句的，就是剔除无关的数据，挑选有用的数据而已啊，那么我想问高手怎么去回答这个问题啊.谢谢。 第二个问题就是看我选择了怎么样的比较分析方法，我这里就是应用了时间前后比较去做趋势图，还有做了不同区域的比较，那么我回答是horizontal comparison and trend analysis for isolation diagnosis，可以吗？ 多谢高手啊，这是我的第一篇文章，请高手帮帮忙，看怎么回答这个问题，谢谢了。 |
