请教：under consideration 和under editorial consideration的差别 已有2人参与

最近一篇文章的投稿，今天发现状态变了，从Manuscript under consideration 变为Manuscript under editorial consideration。有没有高人知道这两个状态的差别是什么？ 是不是不经外审，编辑直接拒稿的意思？谢谢。 Stage Start Date Manuscript under editorial consideration 13th Oct 10 Manuscript under consideration 8th Oct 10 Editor assigned 8th Oct 10 Manuscript received 7th Oct 10 Manuscript to editorial office (pending quality check) 7th Oct 10 Manuscript data ready 2nd Oct 10 |

没人回答，俺只好自己动手丰衣足食。经过一番搜索，原来有此疑问的不仅是一个人。浏览一番，算是有点心得，分享。 以下是杂志编辑对该问题的回复： In general terms, “manuscript under consideration” means that the journal has received the manuscript but not yet assigned it to an editor. “Under editorial consideration” means that it has been assigned to an editor. 另一作者的相同疑问以及一个高人的解释： 疑问：论文状态一直是"Manuscript under consideration",我一直得理解是编辑正在考虑要不要送审，结果十天过去了，状态变成了“Manuscript under editorial consideration", 于是我很疑惑，既然现在是编辑考虑，那之前是谁在考虑呢？ 回答：之前是收稿编辑在考虑，而现在是真正的专业编辑在考虑，相当于已经筛了一遍了。经过这个编辑考虑，如果也通过了才会送审。 |
