美国加勒比海地区的那个波多黎各自治区的波多黎各大学能够给到多少？是不是肯定会少于2.7W啊？因为看人均收入波多黎各远低于美国本土的州。
一个波多黎各大学的中国老板（做的很不错，jacs等好文章不少）说对我的简历感兴趣要电面我。呵呵。顺道打听下
