【通告】高手指点：乙二胺调节pH值时，流动相的颜色变了，这是为什么？？？

Sodium perchlorate buffer 0.1 M was prepared in deionized distilled water. The mobile phase consisted of buffer:ethanol:diethylamine (70:30:0.5% v/v) with a 35.24 mM concentration of β-CD. The final pH of the mobile phase was adjusted to 6.4。 配好缓冲溶液并与乙醇混合以后，再加乙二胺调节pH时，只要乙二胺稍过量流动相的颜色就会变成黄色，这个怎么回事，高手们解释一下 |
