AB  Classroom teaching is a basic form of training education in the university. Teaching Effectiveness is a key restricting factor for talents training quality. In this paper, the lack reasons of the university classroom teaching are analyzed; it is pointed out that three strategies (such as improving attraction of teaching content, optimizing teaching method, and scientific research promoting teaching) can effectively improve classroom teaching.
