求助大家帮忙翻译论文的格式要求

大家好，我现在在看一家杂志的投稿要求，可是对下面的一段文字不是很明白，还请各位帮忙翻译一下，谢谢！ It is important that the file be saved in the native format of the wordprocessor used. The text should be in single-column format. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. Most formatting codes will be removed and replaced on processing the article. In particular, do not use the wordprocessor's options to justify text or to hyphenate words. However, do use bold face, italics, subscripts, superscripts etc. Do not embed "graphically designed" equations or tables, but prepare these using the wordprocessor's facility. When preparing tables, if you are using a table grid, use only one grid for each individual table and not a grid for each row. If no grid is used, use tabs, not spaces, to align columns. The electronic text should be prepared in a way very similar to that of conventional manuscripts .Do not import the figures into the text file but, instead, indicate their approximate locations directly in the electronic text and on the manuscript. See also the section on Electronic illustrations. To avoid unnecessary errors you are strongly advised to use the "spell-check" and "grammar-check" functions of your wordprocessor |

用文字处理程序保存初稿是很重要的，文章须以单行索引的形式排版，结构越简单越好。在处理文章的过程中，这些编码会被移位或代替。尤其是不要用文字编辑菜单调整排版或使用连字符号连接单词。总之，不要使用黑体、斜体、上下标字等，不要嵌入图标式的公式或表格，运用word编辑工具。在绘制图表是，如果要用到格栅，每一个表格只用一个格栅，不要每行都用独立的格栅。如果不用格栅而用制表符，那么你要打空格，在原稿和电子文档中直接适当调整位置以对齐。文章中也需要有插图。 为了避免不必要的错误，强烈建议在你的文字处理中运用拼写矫正及语法矫正功能。 |
