1. This study is divided to three aspects to conduct investigations on enzymehydrolysed products, including amino acid analysis, activity of antioxidant, determination of the influences on immunological function and activities of digestive enzymes of pigs. The corresponding results are as following. 2. The observations in determining the immunological function and activity of digestive enzymes of pigs show that enzymehydrolysed products can facilitate improving the immunity of pigs as well as the activities of digestive enzymes in pancreas and duodenum. |
