| Have you obtained details of all Conflicts of Interest and Sources of Funding from all authors for this manuscript? Conflict of Interest forms must be completed and hand signed by each individual author (either - one author hand signed per form or all authors hand signed on one form). The completed forms must be uploaded when you reach the "Attach files" screen. If there is no conflict please state "NONE" but forms must still be uploaded. |
