How to concentrate ourselves on reading articles when facing computers? Sometimes I cannot keep myself concentrate, I would like to surf the Internet to read some news and others. So, are there some good measures to be taken?

I have the tha same trouble ! i can't put my attention on reading an article so that my efficiency is very low . especially when i was reading English article .
