仔细观察发现,图 6b 中的直线在中间部位有弯折,可将每条曲线近似看成2条斜率不同的直线的组合。图 6b 中的Avrami曲线并不是像经典JMAK理论所预测的为1条单一直线,Avrami曲线的时间指数 是随时间有所变化,并呈现出如下特点:再结晶开始阶段( X<1%), Avrami指数 对不同的真应变 的情况有明显差别,变形量较大情况,如e =1.00的Avrami曲线,其指数 较小,约为1.9,而真应变 e=0.25和 d=0.50的Avrami曲线,其指数 n较大,约为2.6;而在转变分数范围5%—90%,Avrami指数n都保持在2.4左右;在再结晶后期,当再结晶分数较大(X >90%)时,曲线变得平缓,Avrami时间指数变小。由此可见,Avrami曲线在不同阶段呈现出不同的特征,并不是单一斜率的直线。本文得到的Avrami指数的这一特征是与变形镁合金的储存能不均匀分布特性密切相关。具体分析如下: By careful observation,finding that there are buckles on the centre of the straight line as Fig.6b illustrates. Each curve can be combined approximately by two straight lines which have different slope. Avrami curve is not a straight line that accorded the forecast by classic JMAK theory. The index of the time of the Avrami curve is charge. Unfolding the following characteristics: at intial stage of recrystallization(X<1%), Avrami index has a significant difference for ture strain.large deformation case,as Avrami curve’s true strain equaled 1.00, the index is smaller and approximately equaled 1.9;as Avrami curve’s ture strain equaled 0.25 and 0.5,the index is larger,and approximately equaled 2.6; At the range of change fraction 5%-90%, Avrami index n maintained at around 2.4; At the final stage of recrystallization, as fraction of recrystallization is more large(X>90%) ,curve becomes flat and Avrami time index becomes small. Thus it is can be seen, Avrami curve unfold different characteristics at the different stages. It is not a single slope line.From this paper we can obtain that the characteristics of Avrami index is closely related with the maldistrubution characteristic of the storage energy of deformation Mg alloy.
