As the driving force for recrystallization, the stored energy is released and consumed gradually during recrystallization process. Fig.5 shows the changing trend of stored energy with time during recrystallization under different true strain, which shows that stored energy gradually decreases with time and the recrystallization process finishes when zero value is attained. Furthermore, the larger stain neans that more energy is stored, and this provides stronger driving force for recrystallization. As a result, the shorter time is needed to finish completely the recrystallization process. |
