再结晶的开始阶段，由于核心数量较少，再结晶进行的很慢；当形核的数量达到一定数量后，再结晶速率加快；当再结晶分数达到50％左右时，再结晶速率最快；随后，由于新形成的晶粒相互接触，形变组织越来越少，再结晶速率降低；当再结晶分数达到90％以上时，再结晶过程进行的较为缓慢。从图 6a 中还可以看出，随着变形程度的增加，再结晶转变完成的时间缩短。 翻译： In the initial stage of recrystallization, the recrystallization process slow due to the nucleation point is fewer. When the number of nucleation reaches a certain number, the recrystallization accelerate. When the recrystallized fraction reaches 50%, the recrystallization speed is the fastest. Subsequently, new grains grow, then they touch each other and the parent structure becomes less and less , recrystallization rate decreases. After the recrystallized fraction reaches 90% , then the recrystallization speed will more and more slower. 备注：再结晶的意思大概为： The new grains form as very small nuclei and grow until they completely consume the parent material. |

| Recrystallization is slow at its initial stage due to the small number of nucleation points. When this number reaches a high level, the recrystallization accelerates. When the recrystallized fraction reaches 50%, the recrystallization rate is the highest. Subsequently, new grains grow and touch each other, and the parent structure becomes less and less, so the recrystallization rate decreases. Upon the recrystallized fraction reaching 90%, the recrystallization becomes much slower than before. Figure 6a also shows that the time needed for complete recrystallization is shortened with the increase of deformation. |
